Stil yoge koji podu\u010davam je Hatha vinyasa, dinami\u010dan stil yoge u kojem se po\u0161tuju tradicionalni principi Hatha yoge. Najva\u017eniji izvor prane je dah, ali je dobivamo i iz prirode \u2013 voda, sunce, zrak, hrana, stanje uma, san, meditacija&#8230; Prana struji kroz nas, a pranayamom ju mo\u017eemo kontrolirati, balansirati i usmjeriti gdje je potrebno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pranayama nisu samo tehnike disanja, one su zapravo rad sa pranom putem daha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pranayame osloba\u0111aju protok kisika i vitalne energije koja je skladi\u0161tena u nama, \u010diste nas od toksina, hrane na\u0161e stanice, pro\u010di\u0161\u0107uju emocije i misli, utje\u010du na pozitivno stanje uma te podi\u017ee hormon sre\u0107e. Mogu nas umiriti, razbuditi, uravnote\u017eiti, zagrijati ili ohladiti\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Disanje je jedina vitalna funkcija na koju mo\u017eemo svjesno utjecati. Mozak, preko ritma disanja dobiva informaciju u kakvoj smo emotivnoj situaciji. Koristimo ih na klasi\u010dnim satovima te na satovima pranayama \u2013 a to su obi\u010dno mudre (polo\u017eaji ruku, glave, zdjeli\u010dnog dna ili cijelog tijela) i bandhe (energetski lokoti). Stanje je izme\u0111u jave i sna u kojem se svjesni i podsvjesni um spontano susre\u0107u.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Osim potpune relaksacije, poma\u017ee nam otpustiti i nepotrebne misli i emocije, budi kreativnost i ako si dopustimo \u2013 potpuno nas preobrazi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yoga nidra spada u Pratyahara tehnike \u2013 tehnike povla\u010denja iz vanjskog svijeta u unutarnji, a korak su prema mirnijem umu i meditaciji (Dhyana).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U yoga nidri odre\u0111ujemo svoju Sankalpu. Sankalpa je namjera ili odluka, a mo\u017ee biti neka dobra navika koju \u017eelimo usvojiti ili navika koje se \u017eelimo rije\u0161iti. Potrebno ju je odrediti u pozitivnom duhu, pusti neka do\u0111e iz srca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Trajanje sata je oko 40 minuta, a opu\u0161tanje se radi uz zvukove handpanda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div
